Provide support to the Environmental Compliance Department by managing numerous data streams for the purpose of analysis and reporting
Work in a dynamic environment as liaison between Construction and Compliance personnel ensuring timely and accurate report submissions
Perform all data entry into various computer programs
Submit reports to agencies and clients and maintain document control database
Manage digital file system to keep track of all files and documents
Education: Business certificate or MS office certification or bachelor’s degree in related subject.
Experience: 2- 3 years related experience document control or data management. CEQA and compliance experience a plus
Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically Excel and Access
Extremely organized and excellent communication skills
Must be able to work and focus to the task at hand in a busy environment
- Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles to job site
- Mostly office environment, but may involve being in the field to obtain information
